Fusion is the brand name of Fusion Microfinance Private Limited, NBFC registered with RBI vide registration no B-14.02857 dated 09/01/2003.
Fusion – which means blending/union – founded to provide micro-credit and micro-insurance to the Rural Indian Women who are excluded from the mainstream of financial institutions and deprived of basic financial services. The company has been started by two very well experienced and knowledgeable professionals with vast experience and complementary skills in Banking, Financial Services and supply chain management. The company has the privilege of being provided excellent consultancy services by ‘IntelleCash’ - one of the expert & pioneer consultants in the Microfinance industry. Company has a strong team of experienced professionals from banking and finance industry.
We have concentrated our energies on Basic/Pure Microfinance Model to reach sizeable population in northern India because of the following factors:
The promoters are from North India and have spent most of their professional life working in the same region. All the estimates clearly show that North India is underserved by Microfinance Institutions.
We have experienced working team in this part of the country.
