• Knowledge of Ticketing system & Assets Inventory Management.
  • Knowledge of Linux & Windows Operating system (Installation and troubleshooting)
  • Good Hands-on MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point).
  • Knowledge of Laptop/Desktop/Printer/Scanner installation and troubleshooting.
  • Antivirus – Knowledge of Installation, troubleshooting, web & Application filter policy.
  • Good experience on Hardware & Networking (Installation & troubleshooting).
  • Experience in Application support (Preferably – Loan Management System)
  • Good Communication skills.

Qualifications B.E. / B.Tech. / BCA or any other equivalent certification
